Powered by a 2-cylinder KUBOTA Z602 engine and Rotor Comp NK31 Air End, the SMAC 40D compressor will bring power and reliability to your service capability. With the flexibility to drive a wide range of pneumatic tools the SMAC suits all applications.

Manufactured using steel and protected with a powder coated finish the SMAC is extremely sturdy. Coupled with the reliability of the Kubota engine, German designed and manufactured air end and Sincro quality generator and welder options the SMAC is one of the most durable products in the market.

Sealweld Total-Lube #911 provides an insoluble film of lubricant to protect seal faces and reduce torque requirements.

Microscopic particles of PTFE will seal minor scratches to sealing surfaces and shallow corrosion pits. Total-lube #911 seals scratches up to 0.010\” and nicks and cuts on soft seats. Designed specifically as an all-purpose seat lubricant/ sealant to extend the maintenance interval in severe service and critical service valves.

Sealweld Total-Lube #911 is insoluble in water, oil, natural gas and related by-products.

It is suitable for sour service valves, recommended for use in ball, gate, and plug valves as well as orifice fittings.

A non-hazardous, environmentally friendly product, specifically designed to clean valve faces and internal sealant passages …

Valve Cleaner Plus is not a sealant, it is a combination of solvent and semi-synthetic lubrication oils. Formulated to be injected directly into the seat sealant system to clean important seal faces and sealant passages. Cycle the valve (if permitted) to ensure complete coverage, to allow the valve cleaner to soften old sealants and remove residual build-up from seal points. Valves with severe or persistent leakage may require more wait time. The best results are achieved by displacing the valve cleaner with equal quantities of lubricant/ sealant after cleaning. Recommended for use in ball, gate or plug valves and orifice fittings.

SMALL FRAME, MANUAL INJECTION PUMP – THE MONGOOSE BY SEALWELD

Sealweld’s new pump, the MONGOOSE, is the smallest, frame-mounted, manual injection pump in the pipeline industry today

A breach loading cap makes filling the barrel extremely quick and easy with packing, sealant and lubricant sticks, liquid flushes and valve cleaners.

One ounce of product is dispensed for every 11 strokes of the foot pump which makes it extremely accurate when servicing smaller valves or energizing stem seals.

The handle is removable and adapts to the foot pump bar to allow for hand operation in two positions and also locks in the breech cap.  Transportation is simple with an optional magnetized wheel, useful when servicing multiple valves in a large yard.
